Community consultation for South Collyhurst

The consultation on plans for 30 new Council-owned homes in South Collyhurst closed on 1 April 2021.

Thank you to everyone who shared their thoughts and views on the proposals.

The team is now working hard to collate all of your feedback, and we plan to submit a planning application to the Local Planning Authority in the coming weeks.
