Introducing the North Manchester Social Benefits Framework

In partnership with Manchester City Council and Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, FEC have refreshed the North Manchester Social Benefits Framework - turning groundbreaking regeneration at Victoria North and North Manchester General Hospital into opportunities for the local community.

The framework was first launched in 2021 to ensure the substantial investment in the region was focused on delivering local positive social impact, connecting communities with quality jobs and supporting an array of community projects.

So far, the framework has generated £30m in Social Value, helped to create, sustain and support over 5,000 jobs and has been recognised as Global best practice by the World Economic Forum.
