South Collyhurst planning application submitted

Following consultation with local residents in March 2021, a planning application has now been submitted to Manchester City Council’s planning department to build 30 new Council-owned homes in South Collyhurst as part of wider regeneration plans in the Collyhurst area.

The proposed new homes include 14 three-bedroom houses, 4 three-bedroom duplex apartments, 1 two-bedroom duplex apartment, and 11 two-bedroom apartments.
