Following consultation with local residents in March 2021, a planning application has now been submitted to Manchester City Council’s planning department to build 30 new Council-owned homes in South Collyhurst as part of wider regeneration plans in the Collyhurst area.

Our planning application to complete Enabling Works on the vacant land on the Collyhurst Village site was approved in February 2021. 

The consultation on plans for 30 new Council-owned homes in South Collyhurst closed on 1 April 2021.

This month, we’re submitting our planning application for 244 new homes and the first phase of Collyhurst Village Park.
